Media Release Agreement

Photographer or videographer, authorizes Gruv Fishing sole and exclusive rights to use, publish, copy, print, copyright or electronically transfer all photographs, videos, or content that is uploaded and attached with any Gruv Content Submission. Likewise Photographer or videographer authorizes those same rights to Gruv Fishing on any content that is uploaded the Dropbox Link provided on the Gruv Fishing Content Submission Form.

Gruv Fishing may use such photographs, and video provided without my consent or the use of my name for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to; publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing, copyrighting and Web content.

Gruv Fishing is authorized to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this media for Gruv Fishing activities, events, and functions or for any other lawful purpose. 

Photographer or videographer hereby waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. 

Photographer or videographer hereby waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any of these photographs, video, or audio clips.

Photographer or videographer hereby holds harmless and release and forever discharge the Gruv Fishing from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Photographer or videographer hereby recognizes to be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract in their own name. They have read this release before submitting any content and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
